Our Farm Run is our new, free, weekly, 5km timed FUN run around Houdconstant Farm. We are open to everyone, free, and are safe and easy to take part in.
This event takes place over 4 separate loops around lemongrass fields, orange orchards, vineyards and farm fields. We encourage people of every ability to take part; from walkers or those taking their first steps in running to professionals; from juniors to those with more experience; we welcome you all.
We are starting very casual and will gladly evolve and grow as support increases. If you’re interested in joining please meet at the market from 7am for 7:30am ready to run. We recommend you arrive a few minutes early to stretch and check the route. We will time the run and record everyone's time for future reference so that everyone can review them in the improve as they want to.

So much great stuff to see, buy, taste and enjoy... from the home baked pies, cakes, artisan breads and desserts made by Porterville bakers to the hand made preserves, jams and sauces. There are stunning flowers cut and delivered fresh off the mountain too. We also have great grocery produce like speciality cheeses, raw milk, cold meats, free range eggs, freshly cut meat products and pates. Not to mention the seasonal fruits, salads, herbs and vegetables from local growers and farmers nearby that come straight from the fields and to your table in a day.
When you've shopped enough, you can relax and unwind on the beautiful Houdconstant Farm with a delicious breakfast (the Eggs Benedict is now nearly famous...😉) or lunch. There is loads to choose from the Pancake Bar, or Food Bar and the awesome coffees have now been joined by craft beer on tap, local wines and fresh fruit juices from the farm's very own orchards.
We are open EVERY SATURDAY between 9am to 2pm
Don't forget the free, fun 5km "Farm Run" each Saturday at 7:30am to start the day off AND the HAPPY HOUR from 1pm to 2pm to end it! 🍻

Supporting this market is supporting the individuals and families that sell their produce here and helping create and develop our beautiful town's community spirit.
Locally sourced goods are delivered fresh every Saturday morning to our stunning Farm venue on Houdconstant Farm. Our suppliers range from pensioners to young students, as well as local charities who all benefit from the opportunity to sell at the market and who we are proud to help support.
We are OPEN every SATURDAY, Market opens 9am to 2pm.
The Food Bar opens 8am to 2pm 🍃
